The PREMIER 44T is our most basic tow-behind brush mower. It is powered by a 10.5 HP Briggs and Stratton OHV engine and will take down thick grass and brush up to 3 inches in diameter. Tow it with your ATV or UTV for fast and easy land clearing—up to one acre per hour.
Floating Deck
The deck is suspended from the frame, allowing it to ride up and over high points, minimizing scalping and protecting the drivetrain from damage.

10.5 HP Briggs & Stratton Engine
The legendary power, performance and durability of Briggs & Stratton® engines make them a great choice for the Tow-Behind Field and Brush Mower. The PREMIER 44T 10.5 HP model uses a durable 344 cc Overhead Valve electric-starting Briggs engine with cast-iron cylinder sleeve.
No-Tools Height Adjustment
Choose your mowing height—from 4" to 7.5"—with two easy-turning hand cranks.
Pivoting Blades
Unique swinging blades pivot when hitting an immovable object, to protect the mower's blade, spindle and engine.
Chain Debris Guard
Similar to the debris shields used on commercial roadside mowers, this guard stops material from flying forward
Mows Outside Wheelbase
The mowing blade extends outside of the wheels—so you can mow right up next to fences, walls, hedgerows and other obstacles without interference.
Big "Brush Bar"
The 2.75" thick steel frame acts as a brush bar...pushing over saplings, brambles, and other vegetation before feeding it under the deck
44" Mulching Deck
The 44" mowing deck is enclosed on 3 sides, so cut material is chopped and re-chopped, leaving windrows behind.
Outrigger Tow Bar
The 2-piece tow bar allows for offsetting the mowing deck to the left or right...or you can mow right behind your tow vehicle.

Awesome design. 4 wheels make everything easier.
Having 4 wheels and a tongue that pivots up allows loading on a trailer so much easier. It cuts through brush, weeds, and sunflowers like butter. Cutting plum thickets was a little tougher. But plum thickets are tough for any cutter. I wish I had gotten the bigger motor, but my budget didn’t allow it. I really like the lack of remote start and engage. It just seems less likely to have technical issues. The battery wires are exposed and a couple times the brush pulled them loose. I fixed that with a canvas battery cover. Great mower over all. NEVER USE ETHANOL INVTHISVOR ANY SMALL ENGINE. Ethonal damages and or dirties the gaskets and carburetor.
44T pull behind
Just put my 44 T to the test 3 ft grass blackberrys and saplings I was amazed by the cutting blade .I did cut going up incline was easy coming down I was a little nervous is was wet slide a bit well worth the price held up good on the rough terain I give it 5 stars
Same Story Here!
Just like another reviewer posted this mower works great..........when it works. Most of our problems have been problems with the wiring system. Wires coming loose, wires snapping off at the connection. Of course my brother almost immediately out of the box ran over the blade engagement button/ cord because the cable is poorly designed and not long enough to reach the cab of the ATV so it has to be secured in the bed. If your handy with fixing these kind of problems it is a great piece of equipment .........when it works!
Fantastic Mower - When It Runs
Had this Field & Brush Mower for about 5 years. Cutting ability is superb. When it runs. Mows down 8 foot Johnson grass with ease. When it runs. Chops up brush, briers, and woody shrubs like butter. When it runs. I mow 10 acres of field, both short and tall blade height and the mower handles it all. WHEN IT RUNS. This engine is the fussiest I've ever owned. Constant issues - overheating, won't start, stalls, and on and on. Two or three trips to the mechanic every summer, carb rebuilt twice. I'm ready to give it up. Too bad, because it cuts really well.
Q.How well does it do with hills and slopes?

Q.What is the maximum approach angle this unit can tolerate, when approaching a hill from level ground?
A.Thank you for your question. This machine has a splash lubricated engine. It should never be used on an incline over 20 degrees.
