Have not yet used the product
This jack was easy to assemble and sturdy but having just purchased your Versa Pro Z-Mower, I have not yet had the opportunity or need to use the jack. It certainly looks sturdy and I have no doubt that it will do the job it is intended to do.
Hard to let Down
It assembled OK. Box had wholes so one bolt was MIA . It cranks up hard considering its weight capacity and is very hard to get back down. It is very hard to get the release to release.
Reviewing the Mower Jack Pro
I recently received this jack as a present and have put it to the test. The jack is very well made and can definitely be used safely for what it was intended for. It has the durability to lift it's intended weight even though I have not done so yet. The strap along with all the main parts are very sturdy and fit together securely. The drill adapter function is a great idea although I don't feel a need to use it. I would have liked the wheels to be slightly lower to make moving it around easier but that is not a big deal. Putting together was really easy. This product deserves 5 stars.

Q.after this is lifted up how is it lowered by crank or by gravity slowly lowering down. thanks Bill
A.Here are the lowering instructions from the Mower Jack-Pro manual: Lowering the Mower • Remove wheel chocks. • Release the parking brake. • Mower must be in neutral. • Pull and hold the Carrier Locking Pin out and turn the Crank Handle counter clockwise until Wheel Pads are firmly on the ground. The Carrier Locking Pin must be pulled out until it clears the bottom Safety Hole.
